AI feedback triage for teams building products.
Modem triages support, chat, and analytics, stitches scattered reports into clear topics, and gives everyone building the product what they need to decide, fix, and ship faster.

Triaging feedback, with and without Modem
| Without Modem | With Modem | |
|---|---|---|
| Sorting incoming feedback | Someone reads each ticket by hand to decide what it is | Modem triages every report the moment it arrives |
| Type and priority | Tags and priority get set by hand, if at all | Modem classifies type and priority in seconds |
| Routing | Reports land in a shared inbox and wait for someone to forward them | Modem routes each topic to the engineer who can act on it |
| Noise vs signal | You dig through scattered threads to find the pattern | Modem surfaces the pattern, ranked by how often it comes up |
Modem triages every source.
Support, chat, analytics, and code, into one triaged feed.

What is AI feedback triage?
AI feedback triage is the automatic classification, deduplication, and routing of incoming product feedback, so nobody reads every ticket, thread, and call transcript by hand to figure out what matters. Modem triages by ingesting signals from Slack, Discord, support tickets, sales calls, and issues, clustering duplicate reports into one topic with the original quotes attached, and routing each topic to the engineer or team who can act on it.
Triage is the first stage. What Modem builds from it is a full AI product manager and an agent for product execution, so triage output does not dead-end in a spreadsheet.
See the full list of sources Modem triages, or read the guide to AI triage tools for engineering teams.
A custom context graph for your product
Modem reads your sources and turns them into a graph your agents can query directly.
Signals pulled in continuously from Slack, Discord, tickets, sales calls, GitHub, and email
Agents answer from the graph instead of re-reading raw threads, so runs burn fewer tokens
Answers arrive grounded, with the original customer quotes attached
Who Modem's AI feedback triage is built for
Feedback triage means different things to different teams. Modem is built for the product and engineering side of it: turning scattered reports into a ranked backlog with the customer context attached, not into faster ticket replies.
Product and engineering teams
Modem triages feedback into build decisions, not faster replies. It ends at a prioritized topic and a ticket, not a canned response back to the customer.
Teams that ship code against feedback
Every topic can hand straight to a coding agent, with the bug reports and quotes attached. Triage output is meant to become a PR.
Not a support inbox replacement
If you need faster first-response times on a support queue, look at a helpdesk tool. Modem triages for the people deciding what to build.

Questions about AI feedback triage
What is AI feedback triage?
AI feedback triage is the automatic classification, deduplication, and routing of incoming product feedback. Instead of someone reading every ticket, thread, and call note by hand, reports get sorted by topic and priority the moment they arrive, and routed to whoever can act on them.
How does triage feed my coding agents and the context graph?
Every triaged topic joins a context graph linking it to the customers, companies, and quotes behind it. Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, and anything else speaking MCP query that graph directly, so a delegated task arrives with the customer context attached instead of a raw thread dump.
Does Modem reply to customers automatically?
Only where you enable it, and only on tools where Modem has that capability, like Intercom. The core loop is triage, ticket, and follow-up when work ships, not autoresponding on your behalf.
How is AI feedback triage different from a helpdesk autoresponder?
A helpdesk autoresponder speeds up replies to individual customers. Modem triages across every source at once and clusters what different customers are saying about the same underlying problem, so the output is a ranked backlog for the product and engineering team, not a faster reply queue.
What sources does Modem triage?
Slack, Discord, Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, GitHub issues, sales calls, and email are live today, with more integrations shipping regularly.
